Compared with traditional drive-in racking, push-back racking and pallet flow racking, the shuttle racking system equipped with our radio shuttle optimizes the warehouse operation mode fundamentally, with the following prominent advantages:

High Operation Efficiency: Forklifts only operate at the front end of the warehouse without entering the aisles, and the radio shuttle is responsible for transporting goods to the designated positions. The overall operation efficiency is significantly improved, and the total operation cost (land, forklift, labor) is reduced by a large margin compared with traditional racking systems.
  2. Maximized Space Utilization: The warehouse space utilization rate can reach more than 80%, making full use of the three-dimensional space of the warehouse and solving the problem of low space utilization of traditional racking.
  3. Flexible Goods Access: Realize both First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-In-Last-Out (FILO) access modes, and can flexibly store and retrieve different types of products on the rails, adapting to the storage needs of various scenarios.
  4. Higher Safety Factor: The racking structure has better stability than drive-in racking; the radio shuttle is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, which effectively avoids collisions and goods falling, and ensures the safety of personnel, goods and equipment.

Our radio shuttle has a complete product series, which is divided into multiple types according to application scenarios and performance requirements, to meet the personalized storage needs of different customers. All models adopt high-quality core components and strict manufacturing standards, with stable performance and reliable quality.

Basic Performance Common to All Series


  • Power Supply: Lithium battery power supply, with a battery life of up to ≥8 hours of continuous operation and a charging time of only 3~4 hours; the battery can be charged for ≤1000 times, with long service life.
  • Positioning & Detection: Adopt German P+F/SICK laser sensors for movement and pallet positioning, German P+F proximity switches for lift control, with accurate detection, not affected by the environment.
  • Operation Noise: ≤60db, realizing low-noise operation and optimizing the warehouse working environment.
  • Control System: Equipped with Siemens PLC core control system, with stable operation and strong anti-interference ability.
  • Operation Mode: Mainly remote control (customized two-way IMT remote control), and some advanced models support WCS dispatch, realizing intelligent operation.
