A customer from New Caledonia was looking for an efficient way to maximize warehouse space and improve storage capacity without expanding the existing building area. The challenge was to create additional usable storage space while maintaining safety, stability, and convenient access for daily operations.
Based on the customer's warehouse requirements, Peterack provided a customized steel mezzanine platform combined with a light-duty racking system. The solution effectively utilized the vertical space of the warehouse and created an additional storage level for better inventory organization.
The designed steel platform covers approximately 110 square meters, with dimensions of L11700 × W11080 mm. The platform is engineered with a load capacity of 500 kg/m², ensuring reliable performance for warehouse storage applications.
