In early 2025, Indonesian racking dealer Anisa—a specialized storage solution distributor serving the Southeast Asian market—partnered with us to deliver a turnkey warehouse racking system for her end client, a fast-growing e-commerce logistics company based in Jakarta.

Anisa’s client had been struggling with rapidly expanding inventory volumes driven by Indonesia’s booming online retail sector. Their existing single-level warehouse layout was severely limiting storage density and order fulfillment speed. The solution required a custom-engineered mezzanine platform system that could maximize vertical space while maintaining efficient pick-and-pack workflows for thousands of daily e-commerce orders.

Customization & Engineering

Every component was customized to meet the specific demands of the end client’s warehouse layout:

• Branded Color Finish: All rack components were powder-coated in RAL 5015 (Sky Blue) uprights with RAL 7035 (Light Grey) beams—matching the e-commerce company’s corporate brand identity for a professional, uniform warehouse appearance.
• Dimensional Customization: Upright heights were engineered at 4,500 mm for the ground-floor pallet racking zone and 3,000 mm for the mezzanine-level shelving zone. Beam spans were customized at 2,700 mm to align precisely with standard Indonesian pallet dimensions (1,200 × 1,000 mm).
• Mezzanine Floor Integration: The butterfly hole medium racks were structurally calculated to serve as primary support columns for the mezzanine deck, complete with welded base plates and top connector brackets. The mezzanine floor itself was designed with a 500 kg/m² live load rating, suitable for pedestrian traffic plus shelf racking dead loads.
• Seismic Consideration: Given Indonesia’s seismic activity, all upright frames included additional base plate anchoring points and cross-bracing compatibility for Zone 3 seismic compliance.

Order Scale & Delivery

The full order comprised 300 rack units shipped in three 40-foot high-cube containers, with a total contract value of RMB 450,000. Our production and logistics team executed a tight timeline:
