PETERACK supplied heavy duty pallet racks of W2800 × D1420 × H3100 mm, rated at 3,000 kg per side per beam level. The frames use D1400 × H3100 mm uprights in 90×70×2.0 mm steel (10-tonne frame class), paired with 2800 mm K160×50×1.5 mm beams rated at 3,000 kg per layer. Partition brackets (2500 × 1450 mm, J60×40×1.5 mm) complete each bay. The rack layout drawing (scheme 26-0604) shows a double rack arrangement with 800 mm-wide bays, up to four beam levels at 2,500 mm spacing and frame heights up to 11,180 mm — making full use of the warehouse height. Beams are designed to RMI standards with a maximum deflection of L/180.
