The Challenge

· A demanding 700 kg/m² design load over a large floor area.

Our Solution

The platform is L18950 × W12300 mm with a ground-floor height of 3236 mm (≈ 2800 mm clear). It uses 12 F200×200×6.0 mm columns (H2800 mm), HN396×199×7×11 mm main beams (L5820 mm) and C300×90×3.0 mm secondary beams. The 230 m² floor is made of C200×40×2.5 mm galvanized panels with a single stiffener, rated at 700 kg/m², complete with floor fasteners. Safety and access include H1200 mm guardrails, 62 m of kick plates and a H3236 × W1000 mm staircase. Rear braces (round steel 16#) and clamp plates stiffen the structure, which is packaged with film wrap, steel strip and wood strips for ocean transport.
