A: A starter bay is a complete rack unit with two upright frames, allowing it to be installed independently. An add-on bay is an extension unit that connects to the previous rack and shares one upright frame, making it an economical solution for expanding storage capacity.

For example, a continuous row of 10 bays normally requires 1 starter bay and 9 add-on bays.

8. Q: How are your warehouse racks packed for international shipping?

A: To optimize container space and reduce transportation costs, our racks are usually shipped in knock-down (KD) flat-packed condition. Components are protected with plastic film, bubble wrapping, and export-standard packaging materials. Customized packing methods, including wooden cases, are also available when required.
