22㎡ Steel Structure Platform Creates Efficient Storage Space

To address the issue of insufficient warehouse space for customers, we designed and installed a single-story steel structure platform. This added approximately 22 square meters of usable space within the limited premises, effectively enabling the warehouse to be utilized more efficiently in a three-dimensional manner.
The platform is constructed using high-strength Q235 steel. The main beams, secondary beams, and columns are designed to withstand various loads effectively, ensuring the overall structure’s stability and reliability. The platform is covered with wooden flooring, and safety railings and stairs are provided to facilitate easy access for people and the handling of goods. This design balances safety with operational convenience.
To further enhance overall stability, the platform incorporates multiple sets of diagonal supports, ensuring that the structure remains sturdy and durable over long-term use. It’s suitable for various applications, including warehouses, logistics centers, and industrial workshops.
Upon completion, the project not only improved warehouse space utilization but also optimized operational processes, providing customers with cost-effective, efficient, and sustainable storage solutions.
