This project is a customized steel mezzanine platform solution designed for warehouse space expansion. The platform size is L12882 × W8000 × H4300mm, covering an area of approximately 105㎡, with a floor loading capacity of 500kg/㎡.

The platform adopts a strong steel structure system, including 120×120×4.0mm steel columns, H250×125 main beams, K160×50×1.5mm secondary beams, and C200×40×2.0mm floor panels with reinforcement. The design is equipped with one staircase, safety guardrails, and multiple back pull rods to improve stability and ensure safe operation.

By utilizing the vertical space of the warehouse, this mezzanine platform effectively increases the usable area without additional building expansion. The modular design provides excellent load capacity, structural stability, and easy installation, making it suitable for industrial warehouses, factories, and logistics centers.
