This project is a customized steel mezzanine platform solution designed for warehouse space optimization. The platform size is L11030 × W8300 × H2500mm, covering an area of approximately 80㎡, with a floor loading capacity of 300kg/㎡.

The platform structure adopts a heavy-duty steel frame system, including double 90×70×2.0mm columns, double K140×50×1.5mm main beams, K80×50×1.5mm secondary beams, and C200×40×2.0mm steel floor panels. The design also includes one staircase for convenient access between floors.

By adding this mezzanine platform, the customer successfully increased the available warehouse space without expanding the existing building. The modular steel structure provides high strength, easy installation, and long-term durability, making it an ideal solution for warehouses, factories, and industrial storage applications.
