Steel Platform Project – Customized Warehouse Mezzanine Solution

We recently completed a customized steel platform project designed to maximize available warehouse space and create additional working and storage areas.

The steel platform measures 36,000 × 9,000 mm, covering approximately 324 m², with a designed floor loading capacity of 600 kg/m². The platform height is 3,000 mm, providing an efficient way to utilize the vertical space of the warehouse.

For structural stability and long-term durability, the platform uses 150 × 150 × 5.0 mm square tube columns, H-shaped steel main beams and secondary beams, together with reinforced steel floor panels. The structure is also equipped with multiple tie rods to further improve overall stability.

The platform includes one staircase and 1,200 mm high guardrails around the working area, providing convenient access and enhanced safety.

This project demonstrates our ability to provide custom-designed steel platforms based on warehouse dimensions, load requirements and site conditions, helping customers make better use of existing warehouse space while maintaining structural strength and safety.
