This heavy-duty racking system is engineered for very narrow aisle (VNA) operations, offering a high-density storage solution that supports palletized goods and is compatible with specialized three-directional forklifts. By minimizing aisle widths to between 1500 mm and 2000 mm, the configuration significantly expands the available storage area, leading to a marked improvement in overall space efficiency.

For example, a continuous 10-bay racking installation normally requires one starter rack and nine add-on racks.

8. How are your products packed for export?

All racking components are delivered in knock-down condition to improve container loading efficiency and reduce shipping costs. Each part is protected with suitable packing materials, such as PE film or bubble wrap, before being placed into strong export cartons or pallets. Customized packing methods, including wooden cases, special markings, and customer labels, are available upon request.
