Our selective pallet racking system gives 100 percent direct access to every pallet position, which is why it remains the default choice for distribution warehouses that run a mixed SKU profile. This configuration is rated at 4,000 kg per level on W80 to W120 roll-formed uprights, and ships with galvanized wire mesh decking so the rack is ready to load on the day it is anchored.

Design Advantages

• Direct access to every pallet. No lane blocking, no pallet shuffling — forklift operators pick any position in the row, which keeps putaway and retrieval times predictable.
• 4000 kg per level. Step beams in 3.5 inch to 5 inch sections carry dense loads such as bagged material, drums, tiles and machined parts without a mid-span support.
• Galvanized wire mesh decking. The 50 x 100 mm galvanized mesh spreads point loads, keeps small cartons from falling through and lets sprinkler water reach the load below.
• Boltless assembly. Beams drop into the teardrop slots and lock with a safety pin; a two person crew can erect 40 to 60 bays per day.
• Custom bay geometry. Height, depth and beam length are cut to your pallet and aisle plan, so the usable position count is fixed before the contract, not after installation.
• Repaint-free maintenance. Powder coated parts resist forklift scuffing; damaged beams can be replaced individually without dismantling the frame.

Quality and Compliance

Uprights are roll formed from high strength galvanized or cold rolled coil, then powder coated at 200 C. Each production batch is dimensionally checked, weld inspected and load tested to 1.5 times the rated capacity. Racking is designed to FEM and EN 15512 principles, and CE marking plus ISO 9001:2015 certificates are supplied with every shipment. SGS, BV or TUV inspection can be arranged before loading.

Packing and Shipping

Frames, beams and decking ship as nested steel bundles with cardboard corner protectors and stretch film, at approximately 25 tons per 40HQ container. We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, CIF and DDP. Installation supervision, layout drawings and a spare parts kit can be included in the offer.
